Sjælsø sells projects in Ballerup and Ørestad for approximately €24.9 million (DK)

Sjælsø has entered into a lease contract with UL International Demko A/S about new headquarters in Ballerup. The project sold to Dansk Ejendomsfond I. The project value represents approx. DKK 75 million.
Additonally, Sjælsø has entered into a conditional agreement with Lejerbo about construction of a social housing project of 49 apartments in Ørestad Syd. The project value represents approx. DKK 90 million.
